TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL/SALE

1. By making this purchase/rental I (purchaser/renter), acknowledge that all items are in good condition at the time of sale/rental. 

2. Renter agrees the listed items above will be used in a manner for which it was reserved for, and will return the items in the original packaging it was received in.

3. Renter agrees that any damages and/or stains incurred during the rental period is subject to incur charges. If the damages and/or stains are irreparable, the renter will be charged full retail price of the damaged item.

4. Rental cancellations must be made no less than one (1) week prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after the one week period are subject to a 50% refund. 

5. Renter agrees to return the items on the due date listed above. Failing to do so will result in a penalty of $25 per day. After the three (3) late days, the renter will be charged full retail price of the items rented.

6. Renter agrees to leave a valid payment method on file through the rental period in case any charges are to be incurred for any reason as mentioned in points 3, 4, and 5.

7. The full amount listed above is due at the time of agreement (before the collection of items).
